The digital careers conference for sixth form students and teachers

Aspiration Digital, run by Reflect Digital, is a conference aimed at sixth form/college students and teachers who want to find out more about careers within the digital sector. The event focuses on development, creative, marketing and key support roles for managing clients and campaigns. The event is all about inspiring our future superstars, there are so many subjects that align to a digital career so we want to ensure students know and understand all of their options!

This is a one day conference being held at Maidstone Girls Grammar School for any sixth form students and their teachers that wish to attend, it is completely free to attend.

  • I'm a careers advisor can I come to the event?

    Yes! The more the merrier, and we'd love you to share some of the knowledge you'll learn. 

  • We're a group does my teacher need to be with us?

    If you’re coming as a group during term time then yes, your teacher does need to be with your group. If it's half term and you wish to attend, we need to make sure you have your parents consent. 


  • How much is the event?

    Nowt, nada, zilch, zip. It will cost you only your time.

  • I'd like to come alone, is this possible?

    If it is term time and you would like to come alone without a teacher, we will need consent from your school that you have an agreement to miss a whole day of school. 

  • Is lunch provided?

    Yes a light lunch will be provided, please advise on the forms below or via email once your place is confirmed if you have any food allergies. 

  • It's half term can I still attend?

    If it's half term and you wish to attend, then all we need to do is just make sure you have your parents consent. 

  • I'm a teacher can I come without students?

    Yes, the more the merrier! 

  • Which subjects suit this conference?

    There are many different subjects that lend themselves to the digital industry, the most well aligned are:

    Development - IT, Computing

    Marketing - Business, Media, Psychology, English, Art

    Creative - Art, Media

    Account Management - any subject - this is really about people skills and an interest in digital. 

  • Why are you putting this event on?

    We are passionate about our industry and we want to ensure we inspire the next generation of digital superstars. The event is all about showing students and teachers the best of our industry and bringing to life the huge array of roles available and the types of skills these roles require.
